A veteran operator with over 3 decades of gaming operations experience in Colombia, Juan Carlos has the revered skill to just as easily engage with his fellow board members, as he does with the players on his casino floor. He has been operating in a TITO environment for many years and is extremely excited to be able to ask the questions most TITO operators have in respect of the commercial and practical advantages of going cashless.
