C.J. Fisher is a partner in the Atlantic City office of Fox Rothschild LLP. He advises various stakeholders in the gaming industry, including sports and internet gaming operators and technology providers, sports betting data/odds providers, casino companies, gaming equipment vendors, media companies and marketing affiliates, and investors, in a wide range of gaming licensing, regulatory and compliance matters. He counsels clients nationwide in the U.S., and has advised them in several recently legalized and regulated sports betting markets in the United States, including New Jersey, Mississippi, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York and Indiana. He has represented clients before various gaming regulatory agencies, and has successfully represented casino operators in competitive license bids in several domestic and international jurisdictions. He is a frequent speaker and writer on gaming-related topics, and has been featured in the American Gaming Lawyer, Global Gaming Business Magazine, Law360, Payments Compliance and Casino Journal. C.J. has also spoken extensively on gaming-related topics in conjunction with the International Masters of Gaming Law, National Council on Problem Gambling and New Jersey State Bar Association, among other organizations. He received his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law.
