Christiana Houck leads the Learning Solutions team for Aristocrat Technologies. Christiana is responsible for technical product training for global employees and customers in the Class II & III environments. She recently took over enterprise platform training for Salesforce and MS Dynamics. Christiana's gaming experience has been solely at Aristocrat for the past 12 years. She is a life-long educator, having spent time in higher education, the Financial and Manufacturing sectors, and even K-12. Currently, she is leading the team through from learning management to learning experience. This is exciting times beyond the classroom or elearning module! During her tenure at Aristocrat, she has lead the Diversity & Inclusion Council and Aristocrat Cares. Including, a personal highlight of advocating for and getting a global Service Day policy! It was a long journey of paperwork and convincing various gatekeepers and quite a proud moment of accomplishment! Christiana has a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement, a Masters in Educational Technology, and an undergrad in English Education. She once failed a technology in education class because she thought as an English teacher, the class would sit in a circle and read a book. Now, she innovates with learning with technology and routinely presents at industry conferences. Christiana is an avid photographer and travels for the sake of taking photos.
