G2E VACCINATION VERIFICATION PROCESS

The G2E vaccine requirement mandates all attendees, exhibitors, media, speakers, and AGA and RX staff to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. All participants will have to complete a two-step process to gain access to the G2E vaccination verified areas.

The two steps are:

Step 1: Complete one of the complimentary options to verify vaccination status and receive a vaccination verified wristband at the G2E Vaccination Verification Center located in Venetian Ballroom D.

Option 1: CLEAR Health Pass Validation
This option is only available for fully vaccinated registrants that received the COVID-19 vaccine in the United States. “Fully vaccinated” means that the date of entry to G2E is at least 14 days after the individual’s receipt of the final dose of an FDA approved or authorized vaccine. All other registrants must use Option 2.

Option 2: On-site Manual Validation
This option is available for partially vaccinated registrants, those individuals vaccinated outside of the United States, and fully vaccinated registrants that have elected not to use CLEAR.

Step 2: Wear your vaccination verified wristband at all times for the duration of G2E. You will need your vaccination verified wristband and a government-issued ID to pick up your badge at registration and will be asked to show your vaccination verified wristband each time you enter G2E.

The G2E Vaccination Verification Center (VVC) in Venetian Ballroom D will be open on Saturday, October 2 beginning at 2:00 PM PT.

The G2E Vaccination Verification Center will open on Saturday, October 2 at 2:00 PM PT in Venetian Ballroom D. Please take advantage of the early opening and come when the center opens to avoid delays.

The hours for the G2E Vaccination Verification Center are as follows:

• Saturday, October 2: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM PT
• Sunday, October 3: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
• Monday, October 4: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT
• Tuesday, October 5: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
• Wednesday, October 6: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
• Thursday, October 7: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT

Here is a step-by-step guide to the G2E vaccination verification process:

Step 1: G2E Vaccination Verification Process

Registrants will have two complimentary options to verify their vaccination status: 1) use the G2E CLEAR Health Pass or 2) Provide proof of vaccination once you arrive on-site at G2E.

Registrants can use either complimentary verification option to provide proof of vaccination. Use this link to complete Option 1 any time before or on-site at G2E 2021. Option 2 will only be available on-site at the event.

The G2E 2021 CLEAR Health Pass (Option 1) is only available for fully vaccinated registrants that received the COVID-19 vaccine in the United States. “Fully vaccinated” means that the date of entry to G2E is at least 14 days after the individual’s receipt of the final dose of an FDA approved or authorized vaccine. All other registrants must use Option 2.

Option 1: CLEAR Health Pass Validation

1. Download the CLEAR app and tap the white ‘Health Pass’ tile
2. Tap ‘Events’ and the G2E-Global Gaming Expo tile
3. Easily enroll with your government-issued ID or verify your identity with a quick selfie
4. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of COVID-19 vaccination:

5. Before you arrive, reopen the Health Pass tile to view your Health Pass. Be ready to show this at the G2E Vaccination Verification Center, in Venetian Ballroom D. There will be an express lane for all those who have chosen to use the CLEAR Health Pass.

6. Once you show your CLEAR green Health Pass to a G2E Safety Ambassador, you will receive a G2E vaccination verified wristband which must be worn for the duration of the event. You should be prepared to show your G2E vaccination verified wristband at registration for badge pickup, as further specified below, and when entering any vaccination verified area.

Option 2: On-site Manual Validation

1. Registrants can bring proof of vaccination (paper or photo) to G2E’s Vaccination Verification Center located in Venetian Ballroom D.

2. At the Vaccination Verification Center, you will present a government-issued photo ID and vaccination record demonstrating proof of at least one dose of an approved vaccine for review by staff. If all criteria are met, you will receive a G2E vaccination verified wristband which must be worn for the duration of the event.

3. You should be prepared to show your G2E vaccination verified wristband at registration for badge pickup, as further specified below, and when entering any vaccination verified area.

Step 2: G2E 2021 Badge Pickup Process

Vaccination verified registrants will be able to proceed to a self-service registration kiosk or a full-service registration counter. Registrants will then show a government-issued photo ID and vaccination verified wristband to receive their G2E badge.

Once a registrant has received both their G2E 2021 badge and vaccination verified wristband they will have satisfied the G2E Health & Safety acknowledgment and will be able to move freely about the G2E vaccination verified areas.

If at any point, your vaccination verified wristband becomes damaged, lost, or is removed, you are required to return to the G2E Vaccination Verification Center and complete the verification process again to receive a new wristband.
