Bio: Richard Williamson has been responsible for the daily operation of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement's Technical Services Bureau since 1984. This lab has established and enforces technical standards for slot machine integrity, which have received global adoption by slot machine manufacturers and gaming jurisdictions. Under his direction, the operation works with other gaming jurisdictions that desire to engage in discussions on ideas and concepts for the regulation of electronic gaming equipment. As the end of August 2005, Richard Williamson will retire from the NJDGE and become Director of the Gaming Laboratory Operations for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
