How to Request an Official Letter of Invitation for VISA purposes

Thank you for your interest for Global Gaming Expo (G2E). As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.

International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered attendees with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an invitation letter.

Invitation requests must be received no later then three weeks prior to the opening of G2E.

Access the Nonimmigrant Visa Invitation Letter Request Form. Please do not submit your form more than once as this may cause delays in processing.

Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days after you have submitted the form. Due to the number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, we resort to email and faxed invitations only.
