Title: 4SS205: Surveillance Management: Logs and Reports Date: Monday, September 12, 2025 Start Time: 2:15pm End Time: 3:15pm Description: Effective surveillance forms and logs that allow personnel to record information accurately, concisely and completely improve operations and help management make key decisions. This session will discuss the who, what, where, when, why and how of functioning surveillance logs and forms. Presenters will discuss a variety of useful surveillance reports, such as daily activity logs, observation reports, malfunction reports, videotape evidence logs, videotape release logs, and provide the fundamentals of how to record useful information for successful surveillance.
