Call for Presentations
Do you have an idea, an innovative solution, or a unique application or success story
that would benefit your colleagues in the Gaming Industry?

Global Gaming Expo (G2E) is accepting proposals for
Panel Moderators, Panel Speakers, and one-hour
presentations in all aspects of the Gaming Industry
for the 2004 G2E Conference Program.

Share your special skills and unique insights with
your peers by participating as a speaker in the
gaming industry’s most attended event. In doing
so you'll get the personal satisfaction of seeing
your ideas come to life as practical applications
to the real-life concerns of your colleagues at
this premier event.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Present your knowledge and ideas at
    the gaming industry’s most respected event.
  • Reach thousands of industry decision makers through conference promotional activities.
  • Gain personal and professional recognition by presenting your expertise in a highly respected forum.

The G2E Conference Advisory Board will evaluate
and select presentations based on quality, relevance, focus, practical application, timeliness, and presenter’s experience/credentials with respect to the proposed topic.

Please include the following details in your submission:

Content: 200-300-word summary on the topic of your choice in the gaming industry and a title that reflects content.

Format: Indicate whether session will be single speaker or moderator with panel discussion. Include a description of audiovisual supporting materials used with the presentation (if any).

Contact information: Your name, title, company name, address, phone, fax and e-mail. If you are proposing a panel, please include complete contact information for preferred speakers.

Submissions should include a 250-300-word biography, written in the 3rd person, for each proposed presenter.

For consideration, all submissions must be received by February 6, 2026. Submissions cannot be accepted after the deadline. Presentations that are commercial in nature will not be considered.
