Thank you for your interest in our tradeshow. As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation in order to process your VISA. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.
International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered badge holders with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an invitation letter.
Invitation requests must be received no later then 3 weeks prior to the Events opening.
Click here if you need to request an Invitation. You will then be contacted by one of our representatives who will send you the appropriate forms in order to complete your invitation processing.
Invitation processing does take approximately 3 - 5 business days after you have submitted the correct forms. Due to the number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, we resort to email and faxed invitations only. If you have any other questions regarding this process, please direct them to invitation@reedexpo.com. If you are unable to email such requests or do not have email capabilities, you may fax your request to (203) 840-9403.
